COVID-19

With the number of cases of COVID-19 increasing in Florida, the safety of our clients, our staff and families is our number one concern. We are working on proactive measures to minimize the risks.

Doral Management’s offices are currently closed to the public until further notice. Our work schedule may vary from day to day and some of us will be working remotely and have limited access. As such, we request that, to the extent possible, communication be done by e-mail. Documents and payments may be sent by US Postal Service, by fax to (305) 592-6619 or scanned and e-mailed to .

Our mailing address is 3300 NW 112 Ave Suite 13 – 2nd Floor, Doral FL 33172.
There is a drop-box by the door at that address. Documents may also be left there.

Documents received in paper form will take 3 to 5 days to be opened which will delay processing. Those received electronically will be processed faster.

Applications for lease or purchase will be only received by e-mail at and will only be processed once all pertinent information and supporting documentation and payment has been submitted. You may request the proper forms by clicking on “application request” under “Resident Center” below. The process is explained there as well.
